Refund & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged packaging
- Manufacturing defect
- Expired product received
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos
- Unboxing video (recommended for damaged items)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Products damaged after delivery
Refunds
After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account after collecting the required banking details.
Replacement
If eligible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.
